Dr.M.V.shetty Institute of Technology ,Moodbidri organized awareness
talk on HIV AIDS and Drug Abuse on 1st December 2010 as part of world
AIDS day.The resource persons were Mrs. Carol.D.Disoza  and Mr.Prakash
amin.
Mrs Carol spoke on HIV AIDS , focussing on the point that people with
HIV AIDS should be accepted by the society and they should be given
love and care.
Mr Prakash spoke on Alcohol and its hamful effects.

Dr.Ramgopal Shetty, Secretary, Principal Dr.Sandeep, Student
Counsellor Shaheermon ,Faculty members and all the first year students
were present.Discussions were held after the talk
